Groups
Museum Speelklok offers fun activities for groups all year round.
If you want to visit Museum Speelklok with a large group, you will need to make a reservation. There are special group rates for groups of more than 20 people and school groups. For reservations, contact info@museumspeelklok.nl or call +31 30 231 27 89.
Private tour
There is an hourly Musical Tour at Museum Speelklok but it is also possible to book a Private Musical Tour. No other visitors will be allowed on the tour and there will be more time to address the individual requests of your group. The private tour can be given in English and Dutch and costs € 80 in addition to the regular admission price.
Museum café
Lunch or coffee and cake can be served in the museum café for your group on request. Some options are listed below but we would be happy to discuss your requirements and the options available.
- Coffee or tea and cake, € 6.50 p.p.
- Carillon lunch: A luxury sandwich and soup of the day, € 11.00 p.p.
- Classic lunch: Two vegetarian sandwiches and unlimited (butter)milk, orange juice, coffee and tea, € 12.50 p.p.
- Luxury lunch: Two luxury sandwiches, a hot vegetarian snack and unlimited (butter)milk, orange juice, coffee and tea, € 16.50 p.p.
School classes
Plan a school visit to Utrecht and bring your class to Museum Speelklok! The students will experience the magic of music machines on the interactive Musical Tour. This tour can be given in English and Dutch. It is also possible to put together a customized visit. Contact us for more information.
Birthday celebrations
Celebrate your birthday at Museum Speelklok and have a festive musical afternoon! After a delicious cake, join the Musical Tour and one of our barrel organs will play Happy Birthday specially for you. An informative and fun day out for everyone! Cost: € 12.50 p.p. This includes the admission price, a decorated cake, a drink and a small gift. Museum Pass holders pay € 7.50 p.p. – one person is entitled to a discount per Museum Pass.
